Episode 4: The Community & Camp Reality
Episode 4 opens up our eyes to the wonders and very real challenges of living in a camp environment. Certainly not for the fainthearted, but we see how the activists came together as a community to look after one another and embrace the joys of living in the woods.
We receive some insight into the amount of work that goes into maintaining a camp and the feeling it gives you to be part of something greater than yourself. We also learn that the rugged long haired male activists are a bonus too. Who says living in a tree house isn’t an attractive proposition?
The episode concludes with a wonderful pantomime cow action, as well as a recognition of the support the grassroots activists received from Newbury residents and from people farther afield.
