We are now going to do an exercise using the imagination to help us acknowledge the feelings that may come up for us as we step up and take action. [reminder about why visualisations are such a powerful training tool?] We are going to take the time to turn these thoughts, feelings, worries, anxieties, into constructive thoughts and feelings to help guide us through the rest of the day, and beyond. We are going to do this by firstly a grounding and visualisation exercise, then we will spend some time reflecting with our buddy and by the end of this 20 mins have some personal aims for what we as individuals can focus on for the rest of the workshop.
