Go three times - 1.5 minutes each, (keep time!)
1st time: shouting and verbal abuse only:
2nd time: Increased physical contact and shouting - Use rolled up socks or newspapers to ‘hit’ partner standing opposite (start lightly)
3rd time: - dragging people - aggressors can work in pairs, imagine drivers getting together to move people as seen on Wandsworth video
Then swap roles and repeat the 3 scenarios Practice calming & grounding after each interaction and/or between role swapping
